At The Peppy Prints, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- If 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Your item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
✅ The item is not a customized or personalized product.
✅ The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
❌ The product was on sale or purchased with a discount.
❌ The product has signs of wear, stains, or damage.
❌ The return request is made after 30 days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Exchange must be made with in 7 days and exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
- If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason and ship the item back to you.
- Approved refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange:
- Email us at info@thepeppyprints.in with your order number and images of the defect.
- Once approved, send the item back to us.
- We will ship a replacement once we receive the damaged item.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
