What is The Peppy Prints?
The Peppy Prints is a bold, trendsetting apparel brand that lets you express yourself through unique and stylish T-shirts. Our designs cater to fandom lovers, streetwear enthusiasts, and those who love making a statement with their outfits.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only store for now. You can browse and shop from our website anytime, anywhere!
How do I choose the right size?
We have a detailed size chart on every product page. If you’re unsure, check out our Size Guide for measurements before placing an order.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on it!
How long does delivery take?
- Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
- Other Locations: 5-10 business days
Custom orders may take an additional 2-3 days for processing.
How much does shipping cost?
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a ₹50 shipping fee applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹70 extra COD fee applies.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we might be able to update your address. Contact us ASAP with your order details.
3. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Check your order status here.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. COD orders will receive store credit or bank transfer refunds.
4. Customization & Design Requests
Can I customize my own T-shirt?
Yes! Check out our Customize Your T-Shirt section to submit your design ideas.
Do you charge extra for custom T-shirts?
Custom pricing depends on the design complexity. We will share a price quote before finalizing your order.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend high-quality PNG, JPEG, or vector files (SVG, AI) for best printing results.
Can I request modifications to an existing design?
Yes! If you like one of our designs but want small tweaks (like a different color or text), just let us know before ordering.
5. Order Tracking & Support
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also Track Your Order Here.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! We’re sorry for the mix-up. Please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the item, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Delays can happen due to unforeseen reasons like weather or courier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected date, feel free to reach out to us.
